Commenting on the Senior Level Officer promotions, President and CEO Kelly W. George stated “As our company continues to experience strong growth in assets and locations, it was evident these promotions were needed to continue to prudently operate the bank in the most efficient manner. These changes continue the mission of the advancement of our qualified professional staff and provides the company with consistent culture and operational leadership which we believe will position the company for long term success. In closing, it aligns our various key senior decision makers with their strongest competencies and allows them to focus their time and resources on the higher risk areas of the bank. We are highly confident that both Clay and Joanna, given their strong banking acumen and educational backgrounds, will excel in their new roles as they have for their entire tenure at the bank. These promotions reflect that and are very well deserved.”
