A Message from Our President and CEO

Dear mBank customers and community members,

As we track daily the latest updates to the uncertain COVID-19 public health situation, we want to make you aware of some of the business changes that we are implementing to follow CDC guidelines. In addition to following best practices for social distancing, we are focused on working collectively to be a good corporate citizen to help mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus. As a trusted community partner, we want to do our part to provide the safest working environment for our dedicated staff, and of course all of you.

This new page is full of timely information and resources in order to assist you the best way we can during this challenging time. Apart from the fact that we are temporarily shifting how we serve you with general public lobby access, your money remains safe and readily available. mBank remains in sound financial condition with strong levels of capital and liquidity to serve your financial needs. We greatly thank you for your flexibility and patience as we work through this highly fluid public health crisis and we all hope for some nearer term resolution.

Branch Access Information

Updated May 1, 2020–Based on the recent Michigan and Wisconsin Stay at Home Executive orders, the Governors of each State have deemed financial institutions such as mBank, as critical business that are essential to remain open to serve the public at large. In an effort to enhance safety protocols to reduce further staff and client interactions in light of continued additional measures of social distancing to impede the spread of the Coronavirus within our communities, EFFECTIVE MONDAY, MAY 4, 2020 we will be slightly modifying our drive thru hours to Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be closed Saturdays. Our lobby access will remain suspended to the general public; however, we will be accepting individual appointments as needed.
