The company's banking services include commercial lending and treasury management products and services geared toward small to mid-sized businesses as well as a full array of personal and business deposit products, mobile banking and consumer loans. How will the merger impact LCB customers and their banking?
LCB customers will become mBank customers and continue to enjoy personalized service from many of the same bankers in the same familiar location they are accustomed to. Your local banker will be well informed and able to answer any questions you may have about the transition.
Will any branches be closed or consolidated?
We are continually seeking ways to improve the efficiency of the operations of the bank. As a result, effective December 31, 2018, the branch located at N5349 State Road 17 in Gleason will be closed. Affected customers will receive advanced notice and we will help you with any questions you may have. After December 31, 2018 please utilize the nearby office located at 1400 East Main Street in Merrill.
How do I access my accounts online?
Effective October 1, 2018, former LCB customers may access their online accounts from the same website address as before, lcbwi.com. There, you will be redirected to a special mBank website for customers and will login to your online banking using your current LCB access ID and password.
Will there be changes in normal branch hours?
Currently, we are not anticipating any changes to branch hours. We will review the hours in the weeks following the close of the transaction and see if any minor adjustments need to be made.
Can I still use the LCB Mobile App?
LCB customers that currently use the LCB mobile banking app may continue to use it at this time.
The LCB Mobile App will continue to work through 4:00 PM CDT on Friday, November 2. Starting Monday, November 5th, you will need to download and use mBank’s mobile App.

Account Information
What will my new account number and routing number be?
LCB deposit accounts and loan numbers will remain the same. There will be no changes to CD & IRA account numbers.
Your new routing/transit number with mBank is 091102807. At this time, your old LCB routing number will also work for any ACH or wire transfer transactions received for your account. In addition, mBank will be notifying companies making direct deposits or pulling payments from your account of the routing number change. You may be contacted by those companies to confirm the change in routing number.
Do I need to notify my employer, merchants or others making direct deposits and/or automated withdrawals/payments from my account regarding my new mBank account?
Your account number will not change and your old LCB routing number will continue to work after conversion. Your automatic transfers and direct deposits will also continue to work the same way as they currently do. However, we do recommend updating your routing number any time after November 5th, 2018.
NOTE: If you are receiving ACH payments from your customers or direct deposit of payroll from your employer into your mBank account, if the former LCB routing number is being used, the person or entity who is paying you may receive a "Notice of Correction”. Please note that this is not an “error” message and the transaction will likely be completed successfully. The Notice of Correction is from the Federal Reserve and is avoided by simply changing the ACH instructions to include the mBank routing number (091102807). Both the former LCB routing number and the mBank routing number are operational, however, please utilize the mBank routing number for transactions going forward and give your employer or customer the mBank routing number any time after November 5th, 2018. If you have questions please contact your local mBank branch office.
For any future electronic transfers that you set up, please use mBank’s routing number 091102807 to ensure transactions are processed properly.
Will my eStatement history transfer over?
eStatement history will not be transferred to mBank eStatements. We suggest printing or downloading past statements you need for your records before November 2nd, 2018.

Please note, due to the system conversion, beginning Friday, November 2, 2018 all LCB debit cards will have an offline limit of $500 in ATM withdrawls and $500 in POS transactions.
Also, if you have any businesses that have your old LCB card number saved for recurring charges, please update your card information with them effective no sooner than November 5, 2018.
